AutoPilotYourBrand ("APYB," "we," "us," or "our") provides a multi-tenant service that helps businesses and creators generate, review, and publish social media content. Our website and product are available at autopilotyourbrand.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers from providers you choose (for example, Google OAuth or email magic links).

Brand and content data

You may provide workspace details, brand website URLs, voice guidelines, captions, media URLs, schedules, and related content you create or approve in the product.

Social platform connections

If you connect Instagram, TikTok, or other networks we support, we receive OAuth tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We only request permissions required to provide the service (for example, reading basic account information and publishing content you approve).

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status, plan tier, and related billing metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Usage and technical data

We collect logs and diagnostics such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and product events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the APYB service
• Generate draft content and run publishing jobs you authorize
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process subscriptions and send transactional emails
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law
• Communicate about product updates when you have an account

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use connected social account data to advertise to your audience on our behalf.

4. AI processing

Draft generation may use third-party AI providers. Content you submit for generation (for example brand context and prompts derived from your site) may be sent to those providers solely to produce drafts for your workspace. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

• Service providers — hosting, database, queue, email, authentication, AI, and payment vendors under contractual obligations
• Social platforms — when you connect an account and approve posts for publication
• Legal and safety — if required by law or to protect rights, users, or the service

6. Cookies and similar technologies

7. Data retention

We retain account, brand, and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and transport over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password for linked accounts and revoke APYB access from platform settings if you stop using the service.

9. Your choices and rights

• Update brand and account settings in the product
• Disconnect social channels from your dashboard
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@autopilotyourbrand.com
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links (transactional mail may still be sent)

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise those rights.

10. Children

APYB is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.
